I’ve always been a blush girl. In college, I was walking down a corridor and some random guy walking by said “I like your rouge”. When the “what cosmetic item do you not leave the house without” memes go around, blush is always my answer. So, when I started using Sweet Minerals, I had to make sure I was using Sweet Minerals blush as well.
Sweet Minerals has enough colors to work for all skin colors. They span from cool to warm and sparkly to semi-matte. The colors self-adjust to your complexion and undertones to give you a natural glow.
If you’re light skinned or cool, pinks and peaches are your best bet.
If you’re medium to deep skinned or have warm undertones, rose colors will look the best on you.
Mauves are great for all skin tones!
How to apply Sweet Minerals blush
After you apply your foundation and concealer, you can use the blush as part of the Flawless Face set. Just tap a small amount of product into the lid of the jar and use the Multi-Tasker brush to apply. You only need to pick up a small amount with the brush and then tap the end of the handle on the counter to distribute the minerals throughout the bristles. Lightly tap the apples of your cheek and up your cheekbone. Then, blend in a light circular motion. Make the color lighter or more vibrant by layering more product.
Like all of Sweet Minerals’ products, the products are free of hash chemicals, fillers, synthetic fragrances, parabans, and phthalates. The blushes main ingredients are zinc and iron oxides. Each color has a different combination of ingredients, so see each listing for the full ingredient list.
